What was wrong
Michael is an occupational therapist with eighteen years of practice moving into coaching. He needed a site that explained what he does, filtered out people it would not suit and took bookings.

- A looping river background made from Michael's own phone footage
- Calm mode for visitors who find motion difficult
- Structured data so search engines and AI assistants read the offer correctly
What happened
Loads in under a second on a phone. Zero accessibility violations. A booking flow that only invites people who have room for it.
