What was wrong
Monique's process, getting to know the learner before a single lesson is planned, is the whole reason parents choose her. Her old site did not mention it.
What we built

- Functional Skills English and SEND made easy to find for the parents searching for them
- An enquiry form that asks the right questions up front
- Calm mode and full keyboard navigation, tested with the families she works with in mind
